You are responsible for ensuring that all travel documents (passport, visa, health certifications) are valid and accurate. We are not liable for denied boarding or entry due to insufficient documents.
7. Visa Services Disclaimer
We provide visa assistance services; however, visa approval is at the sole discretion of the consulate or embassy. We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or losses arising from visa issues.
8. Travel Insurance
We recommend that all clients obtain travel insurance. Citizen Overseas is not responsible for any losses due to trip cancellations, delays, lost baggage, or medical emergencies.

Citizen Overseas reserves the right to modify or cancel travel arrangements due to force majeure, airline schedule changes, government advisories, or other unforeseen circumstances.

21. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, the matter shall first be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the UAE Arbitration Law. If a resolution cannot be reached through arbitration, the matter shall be escalated to and resolved exclusively by the competent courts in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
